1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2024 No. 1682 "About approval of Rules of marking of separate types of the grocery and other food products packed into consumer packaging, means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning separate types of the grocery and other food products packed into consumer packaging" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 49, Art. 7646; 2025, No. 22, Art. 2919).
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

To add the subitem "an" of Item 2 after the words "since September 1, 2025." with words ", the participants of turnover of grocery products specified in the subitem "in (2)" Item 3 of this resolution, and the participants of turnover of meat products specified in subitems "in (3)" and "in (4)" Item 3 of this resolution which submit to information system of monitoring the application for their registration in information system of monitoring since March 1, 2026".
