According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Items 7 and 16 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.83 of the following content:
"7.1.83. Raw sugar reed subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU, intended for industrial conversion in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan of no more than 100 thousand tons.
The tariff privilege is provided in the presence of the document issued by authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, confirming purpose of goods according to paragraph one of this subitem and containing data on quantity of such goods, and also on the organizations performing its import and the organizations performing its industrial conversion (in the presence of the corresponding data).
The tariff privilege is provided concerning the goods placed (placed) under customs procedure of release for internal consumption concerning which the declaration on goods, and in case of release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods - the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods are registered by customs authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 inclusive.
