"Article 17. Territorial defense
Territorial defense is complex of the nation-wide military special measures performed for accomplishment of tasks on protection and defense of the territory of the country including frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Territorial defense is performed by Armed forces of the Azerbaijan Republic in interaction with state bodies (organizations), local government bodies and legal entities.
Rules of the organization, preparation and ensuring territorial defense are determined by the Resolution on territorial defense of the Azerbaijan Republic".
