2. To the ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to approve the charter of the Kyrgyz national agricultural university of K. I. Scriabin.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
