About reorganization of the State company "State Breeding Plant of Strelnikova"

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

- accept Public institution "State breeding plant of Strelnikova" in the maintaining;

- together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic to approve the transfer act of the reorganized legal entity;

- approve the charter of the reorganized legal entity;

- make the state re-registration of the reorganized legal entity in judicial authorities;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution and take other necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 11.11.2016 No. 576
