Based on Art. 15 of h (1) and (2) the Law No. 50/2013 on official control for the purpose of check of compliance to the fodder and food legislation and the rules concerning health and wellbeing of animals, Art. 29-1 of h (8) the Law No. 131/2012 on the state control, Art. 10 of h (1) the item е), the Art. 21, Art. 24 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities, Art. 7 of the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff, Art. 12 of the Administrative Code, Art. 37 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, item 14-1 of appendix No. 1 of the Order of the Government No. 1408 about approval of some veterinary sanitary standards, the Orders of the Government No. 298/2011 about approval of the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing measures for control and supervision of some substances and their remaining balance in live animals and their products and also remaining balance of medicines of veterinary appointment in animal products, Art. 11 of the Law No. 1031/2000 on state regulation of foreign trade activity, item 14 of the item 16) and item 19 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 14/2023 about the organization and functioning the National agency on safety of foodstuff, the Orders of the Government No. 938/2018 about approval of some regulations on crossing of frontier the goods which are subject to control by the National agency on safety of foodstuff, and the Office letter of 22:01. 2026, and also for the purpose of providing consumers with safe foodstuff for consumption I ORDER:

1. To temporarily suspend import of fowl and the products containing fowl from Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

2. To review the suspension specified in Item 1, depending on the guarantees provided by competent sanitary and veterinary authority of Ukraine.

3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of boundary check-points.

4. Including informing competent authorities of Ukraine to assign control of execution of this order to Management of border control.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official site: www.ansa.gov.md.

6. In case of disagreement with this order, it can be appealed administratively concerning the normative administrative acts which are not subject to the constitutional control, according to the procedure, provided by part (2) Art. 191 of the Administrative code, in the Central Appeal Court (мун. Chisinau, Ulitsa Teilor, 4) during the term of its action.
