About approval of the List of the Moldavian standards which accept the harmonized European standards relating to the equipment using gaseous fuel

According to regulations of Item 56 of the Technical regulation on the equipment using gaseous fuel, approved by the Order of the Government No. 109 of 23.02.2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, 79, of the Art. 209), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to No.:

1. Approve the List of the Moldavian standards which accept the harmonized European standards relating to the equipment using gas-shaped fuel according to appendix.

2. The order No. 131/2024 on approval of the list of the Moldavian standards which accept the harmonized European standards for the equipment using gaseous fuel (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 494-497, 933), to consider invalid.

3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the ministry.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
