About modification of the Order of the Government No. 386/2010 about creation of the Agency on transplantation

Based on part (2) article 6 of the Law No. 42/2008 on organ transplantation, fabrics and cells of the person (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 81, the Art. 273), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 386/2010 about creation of the Agency on transplantation (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 78-80, 457), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the resolution and appendix No. 1 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding grammatical form";

1.2. in appendix No. 1:

1.2.1. in Item 5:

1.2.1.1. 1) after the words "the organization and coordination of activities on" to add the subitem with the text to "donorship";

1.2.1.2. 2) and 4) to state subitems in the following edition:

"2) the organization and coordinating of activities for donorship, withdrawal, processing, preservation, distribution, storage, import, export and transportation for transplantation of fabrics and cells of the person, held for use in the therapeutic purposes in the territory of the Republic of Moldova";

"4)" monitoring of activities for reproduction in the medical way";

1.2.2. in Item 6:

1.2.2.1. 2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) owns and manages the Information system "Tpansplant", provides permanent traceability of all activities for transplantation and development of reports in the field";

1.2.2.2. 5) and 6) to state subitems in the following edition:

"5) submits for approval to the Ministry of Health medical and sanitary organizations which can perform activities for withdrawal and/or organ transplantation, fabrics or cells of the person, activities for reproduction in the medical way;
