About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere
Based on the Items b 3), b 4) and f) parts (2) Article 17 and part (2) article 27 of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, 441-447, Art. 715), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 1231/2018 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 270/2018 on single system of compensation in the budget sphere (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1310), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. appendix No. 4 to the resolution:
1.1.1. add with Items 7-2, 7-3 and 7-4 of the following content:
"7-2. The special allowance for implementation of special operational search activities and activities for criminal prosecution is provided to government employees with the special status which is directly involved in these activities within specialized and deconcentrated divisions of the administrative authorities and organizations which are under supervision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
7-3. The special allowance for activities for prevention and fight against corruption can be provided to the personnel of the National anti-corruption center participating in these activities within the limits established by the law.
7-4. In departure from Item 73 provisions the special allowance for activities for fight against system corruption and corruption at the high level, and also for activities for return of the property got in the criminal way can be provided to the personnel of the National anti-corruption center participating in these activities within the limits established by the law.";
1.1.2. add with Item 14 of the following content:
