No. 659-661, 794), and also Art. 6 of h (9) the item g) the Law No. 302/2017 on Customs Service (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, 143) I ORDER to Art. No. 68-76,:
1. Approve the application form about provision of exemption of import duties according to the Law No. 319/2025, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Approve the Declaration sample under the personal liability, according to appendix No. 2.
3. The statements and documents provided by the Law No. 319/2025, move on the e-mail address of Customs Service: revenire@customs.gov.md which is the single means of communication with applicants.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
