About modification of the Regulations about the help with liquidity in emergency situations approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 343/2019

DECIDES:

In the Regulations about the help with liquidity in emergency situations approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 343/2019. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, No. 7-13, of the Art. 52), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1517 of December 31, 2019, to make the following changes:

1.1. In Item 11, the part two, after the word "represents" to add with the text "by e-mail in encrypted form";

1.2. In Item 12 of the word "spot tests" to replace with the text "spot tests to the location / address of implementation of activities of bank,";

1.3.
