About modification of the Order of the Government No. 931/2013 about approval of the Regulations on quality requirements of underground waters

Based on part (1) article 46 of the Law No. 272/2011 on water (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 46-49, 70), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution:

- partially shifts (shifts Art. 4 (1), litas. (b)) The directive 2000/60/EU of the European parliament and Council of October 23, 2000 establishing bases for activities of Community in the field of water policy, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 327 of December 22, 2000, CELEX: 32000L0060, with the last changes made by the Directive 2014/101/EU of the Commission of October 30, 2014;

- partially shifts (shifts the Art. 1, of the Art. 2, item 1 and 2, of the Art. 3, 4 and 5, of appendix I-IV) the Directive 2006/118/EC of the European parliament and Council of December 12, 2006 about protection of underground waters from pollution and deterioration published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 372 of December 27, 2006, CELEX: 32006L0118, with the last changes made by the Directive 2014/80/EU of the Commission of June 20, 2014.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 931/2013 about approval of the Regulations on quality requirements of underground waters (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 262-280, 1037), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. change is made only in the text in Romanian;

1.1.2. in the name and in Item 1 of the word "about quality requirements" shall be replaced with words "about the quality standards";
