1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2025 No. 29 "About procedure for the organization of implementation of state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it, entering of corrections into the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the following changes:
from word preamble", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958," to exclude;
in the Instruction about procedure for the organization of implementation of the state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it, entering of corrections into the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it approved by this resolution:
in part one of Item 3 of the word "performing activities in the respective registration district, except as specified, provided in items 4 and the 8th this Instruction" shall be replaced with words "to which the applicant (the applicant's representative) files documents";
4, 6 and 7 to exclude Items;
to exclude from paragraph two of Item 5 of the word of "the relevant territorial organization for state registration".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.
