About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for support to farms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 1102 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 34, Art. 2269; 2007, No. 17, Art. 652; 2024, No. 43, Art. 2614; 2025, No. 64, Art. 4410):
Item 1 paragraph two after words "executive in charge" to add 1) with words of "the budget program";
2) in Item 2:
the paragraph one after the words "State Agrarian Register" to add with words "(further - the State agrarian register)";
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"The financial support at the expense of budgetary funds is provided provided that the data on farm determined by the list of information of subsystems (Sections) of the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 2025 No. 549 "Some questions of functioning of the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 46, Art. 3160), are entered in the State agrarian register.";
In paragraph seven of Item 2-1 of the word "the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" shall be replaced with words 3) "The state agrarian register";
