About modification of some orders of the Government (extension of the list of the organizations using Telecommunication system of bodies of public management and general government technological framework (MCloud))
Based on Item b) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 840/2004 about creation of telecommunication system of bodies of public management (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 130, Art. 1013), with subsequent changes, to add with line items 135-138 following contents:
"135. Bureau on investigation of transport accidents and incidents
136. Agency of cyber security
137. National center for management of crises
138. Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova".
2. Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 128/2014 about general government technological framework (MCloud) (2014, Art. No. 47-48, 145), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 20 of the following content:
"20. Constitutional court of the Republic of Moldova".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
