About modification of some orders of the Government (aspects of activities of Single national service of the emergency challenges 112)

Based on part (5) article 17 of the Law No. 174/2014 on the organization and functioning of Single national service of the emergency challenges 112 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 231-237, 533), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 244/2016 about approval of the Technical concept of the Automated information system of Single national service of the emergency challenges 112 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 55-58, 276), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the resolution, and also the Technical concept, the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Internal Affairs" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. in the Technical concept:

1.2.1. 6, 7 and 8 to state Items in the following edition:

"6. The regulations regulating creation and functioning of AIS of Service 112

1) Constitution of the Republic of Moldova;

5) the Order of the Government No. 735/2002 of year about special telecommunication systems of the Republic of Moldova;

6) the Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European parliament and Council of December 11, 2018 establishing the European code of electronic communications;

7) the Decision (ECC/DEC(08)05) of June 27, 2008 about harmonization of strips of frequencies for expansion of appendices of digital radio of civil protection and counteraction to emergency situations in radio spectrum 380-470 MHz;
