1. Determine state bodies, their subordinated the organizations and local government bodies, and also other subjects of the digital circle using the single transport circle of state bodies for interaction local (except for the local networks having Internet access), departmental and corporate networks according to the list.
2. Recognize invalid some orders according to appendix to this order.
3. To provide to committee of telecommunications of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
