Make change to Item 22.5 of the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2022, No. 16, the Art. 860, No. 87, the Art. 5394), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In the period of warlike situation in Ukraine and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation of the requirement of paragraphs of the first and second this Item do not extend to the vehicles performing transportation of goods for the purpose of their use for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations on objects of critical infrastructure and also to the vehicles of specialized and/or special purpose involved in mitigation of consequences of emergency situations on the objects of critical infrastructure performing movement within the territory of area in which such objects, according to the decision of the chief of the relevant regional military authorities are located. Movement of such vehicles artificial constructions with exceeding of admissible actual weight or such which dimensional height (with load or without it) exceeds the parameters determined by route sign 3.18, without the corresponding permission is forbidden.".
