About recognition voided some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic
Due to the change of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and within inventory count of resolutions of the Plenum of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Item 7 of article 18 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and local courts", item 3.2 of the Supreme court rule of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Recognize invalid the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic accepted in the state and official languages:
1) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic Kyrgyzstan of December 27, 1991 "About some questions arising in practice of courts of the republic by consideration of disputes with participation of cooperatives";
2) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 26, 1992 No. 3 "About practice of application by courts of the legislation of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on the property right to the apartment house";
3) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 2, 1993 No. 1 "About practice of application by courts of the republic of the legislation by hearing of cases according to claims to notarial actions or to refusal in their making";
4) the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 30, 2006 No. 14 "About some questions of court practice of application of the legislation on indemnification caused to life and health".
2. The resolution becomes effective according to the procedure and the terms established by the Supreme court rule of the Kyrgyz Republic.
