About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 24, 2019 No. 10 "About some questions of court practice on application of the legislation on pledge"

1. Bring in the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 24, 2019 No. 10 "About some questions of court practice on application of the legislation on pledge" the following change:
to state paragraph two of Item 20 of the resolution in the following edition:
"The interested person considering wrong the act of the notary, committed notarial action or refusal in making of notarial action, the statement for it having the right to file a lawsuit in the location of the notary or official authorized on making of notarial actions (gl.36-1 GPK of the KR).".
2. The resolution becomes effective according to the procedure and the terms established by the Supreme court rule of the Kyrgyz Republic.
