About modification of the Procedure for conducting office investigations in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for the conducting office investigations in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 12, 2015 No. 356/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 2015 at No. 295/26740:

"The chief who appointed office investigation" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the Section V of the word "deputy chief";

In paragraph six of Item 1 of the Section VI of the word "before its approval" to exclude 2);

Item 3 of the Section VIII to state 3) in the following edition:

"3. The conclusion of office investigation is signed by the contractor (the chairman and members of the commission), affirms the deputy chief and moves for consideration to the chief who appointed office investigation.".

2. To department of the public law (Gorbatyuk R.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
