1. Appendix No. 3 to the Order GGNI No. 982/2012 on approval of forms of the documents used in AIS SOED (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2012 No. 212 - 215, Art. 1218), with subsequent changes, to change and state in edition according to appendix No. 1 to this order.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
