1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process" of July 15, 2019 No. 349 the following changes:
To replace 1) in preamble of figure "10" with figures "13";
Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. The State Tax Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic within the powers to exercise the state control when importing to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the rough natural diamonds taking into account the international scheme of certification of the Kimberley process.";
