About survey of system of production supervision
Based on subitem 1.13 of Item 1 of Article 22 and part one of Item 3 of article 43 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for survey of system of production supervision it (is applied).
2. Determine the engineering republican unitary enterprise "BELSTROYTSENTR" the basic organization for survey of system of production supervision and maintaining the register of certificates on technical competence of system of production supervision (further – the basic organization).
3. The certificates on technical competence of system of production supervision granted before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the termination of their effective period.
4. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.

This Instruction establishes procedure for survey of system of production supervision (further – joint project company), including criteria and area of authorization of the organizations allowed to survey of joint project company, terms of carrying out periodic and extraordinary survey of joint project company, procedure for maintaining the register of certificates on technical competence of joint project company (further – the Register of certificates).
