About creation of groups for children of early and preschool age in the rural zone

For the purpose of creation of proper conditions for day stay of children of early and preschool age in the rural zone and based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of the reorganization attracting the activities termination, or liquidations of organization of the preschool education, special kindergarten (further – organization of preschool education) located in the territory of the Village Council (except for settlements of city type), the local executive and administrative organ numbering pupils up to 10 people can make in coordination with the Ministry of Education the decision on creation of the group for children of early and preschool age located in the place of their residence (the place of their stay) (further – group), in the presence of the following conditions:

in the settlement where stops activities the organization of preschool education (is liquidated), there is no other similar organization;

legal representatives of minor pupils object to transfer in organization of education to other settlement;

the fullness of group makes at least 3 pupils;

1.2. the group is created in structure of organization of education * which founder is the local executive and administrative organ, irrespective of the location of this organization;

1.3. functioning of groups is performed according to the list of minimum necessary requirements according to appendix;

1.4. in case of stay of pupils in group no more than 6 hours the day dream can not be organized, conditions for dream are not provided;

1.5. the operating mode of group is determined by the local executive and administrative organ which made the decision on its creation taking into account requests of legal representatives of minor pupils and availability of the conditions required for long stay.
