1) in Item 1 of Article 46:
a) add with the new paragraph the tenth the following content:
"suspend rendering communication services in case of receipt of requirements from bodies of the Federal Security Service in the cases established by regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation;";

"6.1.
