About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2463
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Add the Rules of sales of goods under the agreement of retail purchase and sale approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2463 "About approval of Rules of sales of goods under the agreement of retail purchase and sale, the inventory of long-term use on which the consumer requirement on non-paid provision to it the goods having the same main consumer properties for repair or replacement of such goods, and the list of the nonfoods of proper quality which are not subject to exchange and also about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 3, of the Art. 593), Items 10 (1) and 10(2) following contents does not expatiate:
"10(1). In case of sales of goods the seller shall check the data allowing to prove the identity and (or) to establish age of the buyer, and also the data confirming the right to privileges by their provision by this buyer with use of multipurpose service of exchange of information.
10(2). If in case of sales of goods the program with use of discount (accumulative) cards directed to increase in activity of consumers in purchase of goods and providing including charge of bonuses is implemented by the seller (points, other units characterizing activity of the client in purchase of goods) on the bases established in the appropriate program, the seller provides possibility of use by the consumer of multipurpose service of exchange of information by provision to the seller of the data necessary for participation in such program, taking into account Item 7 of part 5 of article 1 of the Federal law "About Creation of Multipurpose Service of Exchange of Information and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
