1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021 and is effective till January 1, 2027.

Regulations on licensing of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes

1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of the works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes which are carried out by legal entities.

2. Works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes include:

a) protection of agricultural plants against hailstorm;

b) regulation of rainfall;

c) dispersion of fogs;

d) precautionary descent of avalanches.

3. Licensing of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes is performed by Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (further - the licensing body).

4. The licensed requirements imposed to the license applicant on implementation of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes (further - the license), are:

a) availability at the license applicant of the building and (or) the room, construction belonging to it on the property right or on other legal cause, conforming to the established requirements and necessary for performance of works on active impacts on hydrometeorological processes;
