"c) violations of reasonable times of execution of the court resolutions assigning to the federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, other bodies and the organizations given separate state or other public authority officials, the government and local government officers obligation to perform other requirements of property nature (non-cash) and (or) requirements of non-property nature (for example, respectively violation of reasonable times of execution of the court resolutions providing assignment on obligation public legal entity on cession of property in nature or assignment on the subjects of obligations stated above on making of certain legally significant actions);";
