About some questions of the State agency on personal data protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of realization of Item 1 of part 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic", parts 3 of article 9 of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) Regulations on the State agency on personal data protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) the scheme of management of the State agency on personal data protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Training center of the State agency on personal data protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 27, 2022 No. 540 the following changes:
in Regulations on Training center of the State agency on personal data protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 5 of the word "The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of science, the higher education and innovations.";
- in Item 10 of the word of "holders (owners) of array of personal data" shall be replaced with words "owners of personal records";
