According to Item 6-6 of the Order of the Government No. 1136/2007 on some measures for execution of the Law No. 419-XVI of December 22, 2006 on public debt, the state guarantees and the state recrediting (it is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, No. 175-177, of the Art. No. 1216), with subsequent changes I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on selection process of the legal consultant and the chief manager, organization of the Committee on issue of securities responsible for coordination and monitoring of process of release of government securities in the international markets it (is applied).
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

1. The choice of the legal consultant is performed in several stages:
1.1. Determination of the corresponding criteria in the ratings of Bloomberg League Tables and identification of five best law firms by results of the rating of previous year taking into account their compliance to conditions of the planned release.
