About approval of the procedure of recognition of conformity assessment bodies for the purpose of notification
According to Art. 14-2 of h (3) the Law No. 235/2011 on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 46-47, to the Art. 136), with subsequent changes, and the subitem 11) of Item 9 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization approved by the Order of the Government No. 143/2021, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of recognition of conformity assessment bodies for the purpose of notification according to appendix to this order.
2. To consider the order No. 82/2022 on approval of the Procedure for recognition of conformity assessment bodies for the purpose of the notification invalid.
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and post the ministries on the official site.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Management of infrastructure of quality and supervision of the market.
5. This order becomes effective on February 28, 2026.
