About release in free circulation (import) of two buses of the Irisbus brand
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. – In departure from provisions of the Customs code No. 95/2021, of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 and Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 to resolve body of local public authority of municipium of Ungen import to the country and release in free circulation (import) with exemption of import payments and without the right of alienation of two buses of the Irisbus brand specified in appendix provided on a grant basis (donation) of public transport by the company "Cluj-Napoca SA" (Romania).
Art. 2. – In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
