About approval of the Regulations on the state supervision and control of observance of the regulatory base in the field of cyber security service providers in critical sectors
Based on part (3) Article 18 and part (5) article 19 of the Law No. 48/2023 on cyber security (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 151-153, 225), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on the state supervision and control of observance of the regulatory base in the field of cyber security as service providers in critical sectors it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization together with the Agency of cyber security within 12 months from the date of publication of this resolution to develop and submit to the Government for approval Methodology of the state control of business activity on the basis of risk analysis, connected with spheres of competence of the Agency of cyber security.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
