About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning activities for joint investment
According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment" and for the purpose of enhancement of the legislation on activities for joint investment the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning activities for joint investment (further - Changes) which are applied.
2. Determine that the requirements to the agreement on asset management of corporate investment fund provided by the paragraph the second the subitem 2 of Item 1 of Changes are obligatory for accounting in case of introduction of amendments to the agreements signed before entry into force of this decision.
If bigger than the term determined by the paragraph third the subitem 2 of Item 1 of Changes is applied by the agreement on asset management of corporate investment fund signed before entry into force of this decision, fixed term the term of accomplishment of obligations by the company on asset management established by conditions of such agreement.
3. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
