About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Funds"

Article 1. State part 3 of article 8 of the Law of December 26, 2002 to No. ZR-516 "About funds" in the following edition:
"3. The property given to fund by the founder is property of fund (except for the funds reorganized from the state non-profit organizations and created by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, or the funds created by the Government of the Republic of Armenia which real estate is provided in lease according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia). The fund uses this property for the purpose of, specified in its charter.".
1. The management committee state-owned property submitting to the ministry of territorial administration and infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia shall bring the subordinate regulatory legal acts regulating process of provision of state-owned property in lease into compliance with requirements of this law for the purpose of ensuring application of this law till third decade of December, 2026.
2. The management committee shall provide with state-owned property of the ministry of territorial administration and infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia till third decade of December, 2030, for the purpose of ensuring application of this Law, process of the withdrawal of the real estate transferred or fixed on the right of free use, and termination of the relevant agreements to the introduction of this law in force.
3. This law becomes effective after entry into force of the subordinate regulatory legal acts specified regarding 1 this Article and extends to the legal relationship which arose after the introduction of this law in force.
