About introduction of amendments to the Law "About State Regulation of Ensuring Technical Safety"

Article 1. Recognize invalid the paragraph the twelfth parts of 1 Article 4, the Item of part 1 of Article 16 and article 18 of the Law of October 24, 2005 as No. ZR-204 "About state regulation of ensuring technical safety" (further - the Law).
Article 2. To exclude the words "National Center of Technical Safety and" from parts 3 and 1 of article 10 of the Law, to exclude the words "National Center of Technical Safety or" from part 5 of Article 11, and to exclude the words "or National center of technical safety." from part 6 of Article 15.
Article 3. This law becomes effective on November 1, 2025.
