About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 6, 2017 No. 329 "About approval of Rules of delivery of health care to passengers in civil aviation"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 6, 2017 No. 329 "About approval of Rules of delivery of health care to passengers in civil aviation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15323) the following changes:
in the Rules of delivery of health care to passengers in civil aviation approved by the specified order:
in Item 6:
14) to exclude the subitem;
21) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"21) medical aid station – the structural division of the organization of civil aviation or the medical organization for the contract with the organization of civil aviation providing medical care according to these rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
3) of Item 11-1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) being in sanitary and quarantine Item (further – SKP) or sanitary and quarantine control (further – SKK) the health worker of first-aid post jointly with specialists of SKP or SKK.";
state Item 50 in the following edition:
"50. Administrative subordination of the manager, structure and states of first-aid post are determined by the first head of the organization of civil aviation or the first head of the medical organization for the contract with the organization of civil aviation.
The organization of civil aviation provides observance of requirements of these rules regardless of transfer of function of medical aid station under management of the medical organization for the agreement.";
2) of Item 66 to state the second part of the subitem in the following edition:
"the quantity of bags stackings is calculated on the one fourth part of passenger capacity of the largest aircraft allowed to operation in this airfield;";
in appendix 4 to Rules:
