About change of regulatory legal acts of National Bank

Based on the paragraph of the thirty ninth of Article 26, of paragraphs two, the seventh and tenth Article part six 34, of paragraphs two, the fourth and fifth Article part fifteen 35, of parts one and the fifth Article 38, of Article part one 39, of Article part five 91, of parts one and the second article 119 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, part ten of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2008 No. 369-Z "About the guaranteed compensation of bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons", Item 1 of article 196 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 No. 227-Z "About insolvency settlement", No. 261 "About creation of the open joint stock company "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts three of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2006 No. 172 "About establishment of forms of the reporting and approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of the prudential reporting, submission of individual accounting (financial) statements":

1.1.1. in Item 1 of the word to "internal procedure of assessment of capital adequacy" shall be replaced with words "additional requirement for the normative capital";

1.1.2. exclude Item 11;

1.1.3. in appendix 1 to this resolution:

1.1.3.1. in the name of form of 2801 words to "internal procedure of assessment of capital adequacy" shall be replaced with words "additional requirement for the normative capital";

1.1.3.2. in the Section I:
