About modification of the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property

Bring in the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, Art. 1585; 2021, No. 28, Art. 1587, No. 51, Art. 3151; 2022, No. 81, Art. 4936; 2023, No. 47, the Art. 2550), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 26:
The paragraph the nineteenth to state 1) in the following edition:
"information on purpose of object of lease - in case of inclusion of the property specified in Item 29 of this Procedure in the List of the first type or in case of inclusion of object in the list of the second type;";
2) after the paragraph of the nineteenth to add Item with the new paragraph of the following content:
"information on critical condition of object of lease or its non-use in activities of the asset holder within the last three years - in the case established by the paragraph the tenth Item 29 of this Procedure;".
With respect thereto the twentieth - the thirty fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the twenty first - the thirty sixth.
2. State Item 29 in the following edition:
"29. The property which is in the state-owned and utility property which is leased by results of holding the auction can be used for any purpose, except:
the real estate which is on balance of public authorities or local government bodies;
