About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:
Item 5 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:
"13) the Ministries of Defence of Ukraine for providing the delegations of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine headed by the Minister of Defence of Ukraine or his deputies who are sent abroad to official journeys.";
Item 12 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:
"20) purchases of foreign currency by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine for providing the delegations of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine headed by the Minister of Defence of Ukraine or his deputies who are sent abroad to official journeys.";
3) the second offer of the subitem 1 of Item 14 after figures "2-6" to add with figures ", 10-4".
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
