About temporary solutions in the field of carrying out exchange transactions with foreign currency
For the purpose of ensuring economic safety of the Kyrgyz Republic and in connection with the developing geopolitical situation in the world, for minimization of adverse effects and risks, and their influence on the domestic Board of National Bank financial market of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 20 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, banks and banking activity", decides:
1. To commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- when carrying out transactions with exchange bureaus to limit the amount of purchase/sale of cash/non-cash foreign currency within current assets of exchange bureau one-timely during the calendar day;
- provide weekly the reporting in National Bank, according to Appendix 1 to this resolution, till 14:00 hours of the Monday following reporting week it (is applied);
- provide in National Bank information on the performed operations on purchase/sale of cash/non-cash foreign currency with exchange bureaus as of the last working day of every month, till 16:00 hours of the working day following month under report.
2. Exchange bureau:
- it is forbidden to perform operations on purchase/sale of cash foreign currency with commercial banks during the calendar day in the amount of, in total exceeding current assets of exchange bureau;
