About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Police"

Article 1. To add article 5.2 of the Law "About Police" added with article 2 of the Law of October 24, 2024, No. ZR-433 "About modification and amendments in the Law "About Police"" with part 11 of the following content:
"11. The standardized procedure for application of enforcement powers by the police officer is established by the normative order of the head of authorized body.".
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from adoption of this law is accepted within fifty days from the date of official publication of this Law.
