About modification and amendments in the Law "About Compensation of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. Regarding 5.1 articles 16 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About compensation of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law) to exclude words of "police service" and "rescue service".
Article 2. To add article 19 of the law with part 10 of the following content:
"10. The employees holding position of police or rescue service in case of position assignment of police or rescue service within six months after dismissal from service as a result of reorganization or structural changes of relevant organ or organization keep the salary provided for the last post (the basic salary, allowances, benefits) if it exceeds the salary established for this position (the basic salary, allowances, benefits). The salary provided by this part remains within six months after position assignment of police or rescue service after dismissal from service as a result of reorganization or structural changes of relevant organ or organization, but no more, than after certification passing in accordance with the established procedure on the appointed position of police or rescue service.".
Article 3. To add article 20 of the law with part 7 of the following content:
"7. The employees holding positions in police or rescue service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within six months after dismissal keep the salary (basic salary, allowances, benefits) provided for the last post in structural divisions or Regional Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs if it is higher than the basic salary established for this position in public service. In case of change of position the salary (basic salary, allowances, benefits) does not remain.".
Article 4. State part 2.3 of article 32 of the law in the following edition:
