I ORDER:
1. Approve the List of cases and situations on which there is risk of emergence of corruption in system of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the List), according to appendix to this order.
2. To heads of structural divisions of central office, subordinated divisions and interregional management:
1) according to the List on permanent basis to carry out work on effective management of corruption risks for the purpose of their elimination / minimization by means of:
- accurate regulation of ministerial procedures;
- the maximum ensuring automation and exception of need of personal interaction of officials with citizens and the organizations;
- entering of corresponding changes into the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the divisions subject to corruption risk;
- increases in anti-corruption sense of justice of employees;
2) for the purpose of non-admission of making by officials of system of the Ministry of corruption offenses on permanent basis to apply measures for the organization of internal control by means of:
