1. Bank clerks of Russia, the chief financial representative, financial representatives in spheres of financial services and the head of service of ensuring activities of the financial representative (further - the head of SODFU) shall report about emergence of personal interest in case of execution of job responsibilities which brings or can lead to conflict of interest (further - personal interest) and to take measures for non-admission of any possibility of conflict of interest.
