I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made.

2. To provide to committee of road transport and transport control of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 1, 2013 No. 859 "About approval of Rules of rendering services in transportation of persons with disability road transport (invataksa)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8950) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to the subitem 23) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About road transport" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";

in Rules of rendering services in transportation of faces with disability road transport (invataksa) approved by the specified order:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules of rendering services in transportation of persons with disability road transport (invataksa) (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 23) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About road transport", the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Code), the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and the Rules of transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 349 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11550) (further – Rules of transportations).";

7) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"7) the portal of social services (further – the Portal) – the object of informatization representing single point of access to goods and services, services in transportation of persons with disability on invataks provided by suppliers for persons with disability on the terms of compensation of their cost by local executive bodies within the guaranteed amount according to the Code.";

"53. Rendering services in transportation of persons with disability on invataks is performed based on the existing conclusion of the medical and consulting commission according to Item 23 of these rules within the settlement from calculation:
