About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 38/2006 on creation of the Register of heritable cases and wills and approval of its Regulations
Based on Art. 25 of h (3) the Law No. 246/2018 on the notarial procedure (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 30-37, the Art. 89) and item 7 of the subitem 8) and 14), item 8 of the subitem 15) and item 9 of the subitem 2) and 11) Regulations about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Justice approved by the Order of the Government No. 698/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 335-339, to the Art. 824), I ORDER:
1. In the name and in all text of the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 38/2006 on creation of the Register of heritable cases and wills and approval of its Regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 43-46, the Art. 145) the phrase "Register of Heritable Cases and Wills" in all grammatical forms to replace with the phrase "Electronic Register of Heritable Cases and Wills" in the corresponding grammatical form.
2. Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 38/2006 on creation of the Register of heritable cases and wills and approval of its Regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 43-46, 145) to change the Art. as follows:
"Appendix No. 1
to the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova of February 3, 2006 No. 38
