2. Approve the Provision and structure of Public institution "The center of project implementation of construction of Hydroelectric power station of Hutalon (appendices 1 and 2).
3. Establish the number of employees of Public institution "The center of project implementation of construction of Hydroelectric power station of Hutalon in number of 30 units (and also 4 units of service personnel).
4. Permit Public institution "The center of project implementation of construction of Hydroelectric power station of Hutalon to have two deputy directors, including one first.
5. To allocate to the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property the necessary building for placement of Public institution "The center of project implementation of construction of Hydroelectric power station of Hutalon.
6. Financing of Public institution "The center of project implementation of construction of Hydroelectric power station of Hutalon is performed at the expense of the means of the republican budget and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
