About entering of amendments into the Law "About Military Police"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 4 of the Law of December 21, 2006 No. ZR-13 "About military police" (further - the Law):

Item 2 after the words "violation" to add 1) with words ", and also detection and disclosure";

Item 3 after the words "protection" to add 2) with the words "and identification, suppression and disclosure of the illegal actions directed against this property";

To add 3) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) assistance to military commissariats in statement on military accounting of persons liable for call-up of citizens, appeal on obligatory military service or mobilization military service or attraction them to actions for training of reservists.".

Article 2. In heading and part 1 of article 8 of the Law after the words "disorderly conduct" to add the word "and also in case of identification and disclosure of the committed crimes".

Article 3. To add article 11.1 of the law with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The military police by the written request of the bodies conducting criminal trial provides transportation and escort of recruits and other military personnel of the different procedural status (arrested or detainees) concerning which trial, to the places and the organizations specified at the request of the body conducting trial for participation in necessary investigative and legal proceedings is conducted".

Article 4.

1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.

2. Necessary changes and amendments in the subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law are accepted within 90 calendar days after the introduction of this law in force.
